Arrival

Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their appointment so that we can make you as comfortable as possible and attend to any needs you may have.

Running Late?

If you are unable to arrive promptly for your appointment we do ask for as much notice as possible. Our service providers strive to maintain a timely schedule and in order to provide top-notch service to our clientele, late arrivals may result in an abbreviated service time. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be modified, or we may see if we have another service provider who can lend a hand. In rare cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Sometimes we may run a little behind, too. We truly respect our clients’ time, and we try to make sure this seldom happens. When it does, we will do our best to keep you posted.

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you must cancel your appointment, please keep in mind that a 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated by phone or in person. This allows us time to replace that appointment. In the event that we don’t hear from you in time, a service charge may be assessed. We understand that things come up and emergencies arise; in the unfortunate event that one does, please allow as much notice as possible

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your service, but is greatly appreciated by your service provider. If you enjoyed your service, it is customary to leave a 15-20% gratuity based on the value of the treatment you received. For Parties, an 18% gratuity will be added to each service.

Referrals

We deeply value our devoted clientele and many of our independent studio owners offer referral discounts. If you came to us via a referral, please make sure to indicate that persons name so that we may thank them appropriately. Be sure to ask your service provider about their referral program.

Children

We love children. Unfortunately, our environment is not conducive to small, unattended children due to our size and sharp, hot tools. We don’t want anyone to get hurt and we want everyone to relax. As a courtesy to other Amore' guests and in an effort to offer a stress-free environment and professional atmosphere, we ask that each Amore' guest provide responsible supervision for any accompanying children in the salon and spa.
